While Les Schwab is known as a tire store, anyone who’s ever been to one, and experienced their brand of customer service can tell you that it’s so much more. You may walk in intending to buy tires, and whether you drive off with a new set or not, you’ll come away with something more – the feeling that they’ve treated you right and the feeling that it was about more than just tires.
WINTER DYNAMIC VIDEO
The winter months are a time for family, friends and obviously tires. We wanted to make sure that before people headed to the mountains or to Grandma's, they were thinking about their safety. So, we created custom tailored ads and targeted them to people in our markets. The videos dynamically populated a map with the closest Les Schwab Tires to the viewer.
TV | NO HARD SELL
Les Schwab is known for exceptional service from kind people. They are also known for their popcorn. So, we made a waiting room game out of it. Using facial recognition and the camera on your phone the game registers when you successfully throw a piece of our waiting room popcorn into your mouth. Timers and bonuses increase the action, and after each game players can see the high scores for the location they are in.
